About Course

Using AI Agents for Data Analysis and Validation in Health Research

Objectives:

  • Describe the role of AI agents in data analysis and compare their functionalities with traditional Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Demonstrate how to use a Google AI agent (e.g., Gemini) in Google Colab for collaborative, step-by-step data analysis, including code generation, explanation, and interaction with research datasets.
  • Outline the process of planning a statistical analysis with an AI agent, including formulating insights and approving the analysis plan.
  • Apply an AI agent to perform data analysis tasks such as hypothesis testing and generate key statistical outputs, including tables and figures.
