Learning objectives:
1. Explore the role of ChatGPT and other AI platforms in streamlining various stages of the research process.
2. Develop data collection instruments utilizing AI tools.
3. Apply AI-driven data analysis and visualization techniques for manuscript writing and presentations.
4. Prepare manuscripts for submission to journals and utilize AI tools to identify relevant journals for publication.
5. Relate ethical challenges in adopting AI tools to ensure responsible, transparent, and unbiased research practices.

Dr. Majid Ali, BPharm , MSc, BCGP,BC-ADM
Clinical Pharmacist and Lecturer in Pharmacology
Brief:
Majid Ali is a Clinical Pharmacist and Educator. He is currently serving as a lecturer of pharmacology at the College of Medicine, Sulaiman Al-Rajhi University, Saudi Arabia. He holds an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy from University College London, UK. Majid worked at the University of Hertfordshire, UK for eight years, winning multiple awards, including Vice-Chancellor Tutor of the Year, and Faculty Excellence Award in Blended Learning in 2012. He also served as a Lecturer at Umm Al-Qura University, Saudi Arabia from 2015 to 2021 where he developed and implemented several educational initiatives. He is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and a board-certified geriatric pharmacist. His research interests include AI, higher education, pharmacogenomics, and diabetes.
