This is a vintage Y2K Bebe linen ruffle foldover trumpet skirt. The style features a tea length (hitting right above the knee) and comes in beige cream.
Material composition: 100% linen contrast; 46% cotton, 46% rayon, 8% spandex. It has a stretchy fold-over waist with bow tie straps at the front, and a trumpet fit and flare ruffle flounce hem.
**Please note:** There is a visible flaw on the back of the skirt (see second to last photo). This piece captures the iconic 2000s mermaid style.
