Validation Process:

Internal Validity:

• External validity refers to the extent to which the results of the questionnaire can be generalized to other settings or populations. We ensure external validity through thorough pilot testing and feedback from a representative sample of the target population.

• Cronbach’s Alpha: Used to measure internal consistency and reliability.
• Factor Analysis: Used to assess the construct validity and ensure that the questionnaire items cluster together in a meaningful way.

Questionnaire Design Platforms:

• We utilize various platforms for questionnaire design, including Google Forms, REDCap, and SurveyMonkey, based on the specific needs and preferences of the client.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The price includes 2 rounds of 45-minute meetings, questionnaire design, and initial validation.
2. Additional modifications, complete redesigns, or extensive validation beyond the initial scope will require an additional fee.
3. The accuracy, confidentiality, ethical approval, and integrity of the research are the responsibility of the corresponding author and the associated research team. We will not be held responsible for violations of these aspects.
4. The total amount is due once we receive the total amount and project requirements.
5. The estimated timeframe for task completion will commence upon receipt of all required documents (e.g., study background, objectives) and full payment.

Service Return Deadline: 10 business days starting from receiving all required documents (e.g., materials, dataset), signed agreement, and full payment.

1. Refund Policy

• If the project is canceled before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
• If the project is canceled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
• No refund will be issued if the project is canceled after completion.
