2. Additional revisions, complete redesigns, or extensive content modifications beyond the initial scope will require an additional fee.
3. The accuracy, confidentiality, ethical approval, and integrity of the research data provided are the responsibility of the corresponding author and the associated research team. We will not be held responsible for violations of these aspects. 
4. The total amount is due once we receive the project requirements. 
5. The estimated timeframe for task completion will commence upon receipt of all required documents (e.g., study data, template) and full payment. 
6. The quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.

Service Return Deadline: 10 business days starting from receiving all required documents (e.g., materials, dataset), signed agreement, and full payment.

1. Refund Policy

• If the project is canceled before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
• If the project is canceled after work has started but before completion, a partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
• No refund will be issued if the project is canceled after completion.
